privacy policy
the short version
no accounts, no tracking pixels, no cookies set by us — and we never sell personal data. we keep only what the services need to run.
what we collect
press release submissions: the title, body, and contact string you submit, plus the payment transaction hash, the optional referrer wallet, and the queue id. this lives in cloudflare kv to operate the submission queue. if your release is approved, the contact string publishes as the attribution.
x402 purchases: to keep honest books and pay referral commissions, we keep a sales and referral ledger — buyer and referrer wallet addresses, payment transaction hashes, amounts, timestamps. the payments themselves settle on the public base blockchain, where anyone can see them; we can't hide or delete on-chain data.
site visits: this is a static site and we set no cookies. our host, cloudflare, processes standard web request logs (ip address, user agent, pages requested) to serve the site.
what we don't collect
we don't ask for names, emails, or passwords. we don't run analytics trackers.
how we use it
to publish approved releases, to verify payments, to pay referral commissions, to answer status checks, and to keep the publication's books.
retention
unpublished submission data is kept while the queue entry is active, then removed. the sales and referral ledger is kept for accounting as long as the program runs. on-chain records persist on base regardless of us.
your rights
ask us to delete the contact data on an unpublished submission any time through the submission status channel. approved releases are published works — their attribution stays with the work.
children
the services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
